It’s a belgian wheat beer stronger than a normal Wit beer, something new, as we haven’t tasted yet. Using the classic belgian wit beer yeast, it ferments their almost 9% of alcohol, having as base the recipe of our homemade wit beer. The coriander is hidden behind the zest of baia orange.
Ingredients: Water, malt, wheat, oat, fresh orange zests, coriander seeds e belgian yeast.
